This group is for folks who:

want to enjoy a more peaceful relationship with food

~  want to eat with pleasure and joy

~  want to feel more "in control" around food

~  want to feel comfortable in their body

This group will NOT:

~  endorse any specific diet or lifestyle

~  emphasize "healthy eating"

~  address food intolerances

~  support weight-loss

Chronic Pain and Illness

This group is for folks who:

~ experience chronic pain

~  experience other chronic symptoms

~  feel isolated or alone

~  want to explore emotions and thoughts related to symptoms

~  want to explore self-compassion

This group will NOT:

~  offer diagnoses, recommend treatments, or provide medical advice

~  address specific medical conditions

~  explore alternative or complementary treatments
