Number two of two events:

We all struggle with our human bodies - with weight, fitness, appearance, health, and aging.  In reality, though, we have limited control over our bodies. So our struggles create needless suffering.  Program will include guided meditation, instruction, discussion, and Q & A. Suitable for adolescents and adults

here is no fee for the classes. Donations to the teacher are greatly appreciated - instructions for donations will be emailed to you.
