Number one of two events:
We all struggle with our human bodies - with weight, fitness, appearance, health, and aging. Â In reality, though, we have limited control over our bodies. So our struggles create needless suffering. Â Program will include guided meditation, instruction, discussion, and Q & A. Suitable for adolescents and adults
There is no fee for the classes. Donations to the teacher are greatly appreciated - instructions for donations will be emailed to you.
